Two discounts apply to perpetual futures trading during beta, both automatic: Taker fees are reduced by 50% at every tier. Maker fees are zero for Tiers 0 through 4, with rebates at Tiers 5 and 6 unchanged. There is nothing to claim or activate - the discounted rates apply to every trade.
