Tiers advance automatically on rolling 30-day volume across all perpetual markets - no application needed. During beta, discounted rates already apply at every tier: taker fees are halved, and maker fees are zero for Tiers 0 through 4. Climbing tiers during beta still lowers your taker rate and, at Tiers 5 and 6, earns maker rebates.
