Yes. Tiers 5 and 6 earn maker rebates of −0.002% and −0.003% respectively, and these are unchanged during beta. Maker fees are currently zero (Tiers 0 through 4), so during beta you either pay nothing to make or you are paid to make. Levels by tier can also be accessed via the Portfolio dashboard on Arcus.
