Arcus is non-custodial and can’t move or seize the real Stock Tokens you self-custody. Two narrow exceptions: network-level compliance blocks transfers to sanctioned addresses, and a wrapped placeholder can be force-settled to the real token (which only delivers what you’re owed, never taking value).
