On each order you can set a time-in-force:
  • GTC (good til canceled - rests on the book until canceled)
  • IOC (immediate-or-cancel - fills whatever it can now, cancels the rest)
  • FOK (fill-or-kill - fills in full immediately or cancels entirely)
  • Post-only (limit order that will match only as maker, rejected if it would cross the book and take, so it is always eligible for the maker fee rate or rebate).
