Sign-in & Wallets
What wallets are supported?
Arcus supports two onboarding paths.
If you have a wallet: connect an existing self-custodial wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Phantom, Coinbase Wallet, and other major Ethereum-compatible wallets). WalletConnect extends coverage to most mobile wallets, and hardware wallets (Ledger, Trezor) connect through MetaMask.
If you’re new to wallets: use a built-in wallet from Privy, created with email or Apple sign-in. It’s non-custodial, recovers through your sign-in rather than a seed phrase, and is built for traders coming from a brokerage app.
Privy sets it up in the background. It’s yours, and neither Arcus nor Privy can touch your funds. To get back in, sign in again with the same email or Apple ID. Want to move to self-custody like MetaMask later? You can. Your account isn’t locked to Privy.
