Spot Stock Token trading carries no Arcus fee. Network (gas) fees are paid by the user. Perpetuals use a volume-tiered maker/taker schedule. During beta, taker fees are halved and maker fees are zero for Tiers 0 through 4, with rebates at the top tiers unchanged.
