# What counts as "outside regular trading hours" (oRTH)?

Arcus treats US extended hours as part of regular trading hours. That means:

* **Regular hours:** 4AM to 8PM ET on US trading days - covering pre-market, the regular session, and after-hours.
* **Outside regular hours (boost applies):** 8PM to 4AM ET overnight, plus weekends and US market holidays, on the markets that quote during those times.

All windows are defined in US Eastern Time and adjust automatically for daylight saving - you don't need to convert or track the US clock change.

Equity Perps trade 24/7 on every market; for spot, the most liquid Stock Tokens quote around the clock including weekends, while other listed names quote 24/5 and rest over the weekend.
