# Why did my withdrawal fail?

A withdrawal to your Robinhood Chain wallet should only fail if you don't have enough free collateral: for example, open positions or pending orders are using it as margin.

Bridging to another chain can also fail for reasons outside Arcus, like destination-network congestion, bridge unavailability, or an unsupported chain or asset combination.

The interface shows the specific reason.
