# How long do deposits take?

How long a deposit takes depends on the network you send it from, not on Arcus or Fun. From fast chains - Layer 2s like Arbitrum and Base, or Layer 1s like Solana - it's a matter of seconds.

Ethereum mainnet is the slower case: its blocks arrive about every 12 seconds, and a transfer has to clear there before it credits. The estimated time for your route is shown before you confirm.
