# How is the price set when the US market is closed?

Stock Tokens stay tradeable outside US hours, but pricing depends on active market makers: spreads are tightest when US markets are open and typically widen when the underlying can't be freshly sourced - a thin name may briefly return no quote. Whatever the hour, the quoted price is firm the moment you confirm.

**Availability varies by name:** some trade continuously, weekends included; others trade around the clock on weekdays but aren't quoted over the weekend at launch, with coverage expanding toward 24/7 over time.
