# Can I use Stock Tokens as collateral for perp positions?

This is planned: Stock Tokens are intended to be usable as collateral for Arcus perpetuals under portfolio margin, enabling strategies such as holding a Stock Token while shorting the corresponding perp.

It is not available at launch; it's targeted for the end of August.
