# I think my liquidation was wrong - how do I dispute it?

Contact [support@arcus.xyz](mailto:support@arcus.xyz) with your wallet address, the affected position, the liquidation timestamp, and why you believe it was unwarranted.

Support reviews the event against matching-engine logs and on-chain settlement records. Liquidations triggered correctly per protocol rules - including ones you disagree with on directional grounds - can't be reversed.

Where a protocol-level error is found, remediation follows the published remediation policy.
